Heading to Washington D.C.

I am going to Washington D.C. tomorrow for staging. I will be in D.C. a day earlier, which will give me time to explore D.C. My bags are all packed and are under the Peace Corps requirement for weight and length. I know I will get charged for my checked luggage, but hopefully Peace Corps will reimburse me. This will be the first time, since I was two, I will be on an airplane.
